Product of the week: Liquid smoke

"Where there's smoke, there's flavor!"


We were introduced to this product by the always excellent America's Test Kitchen. Ingredients include water, natural hickory smoke flavor, vinegar, molasses, caramel color and salt.


The instructions are pretty simple - just brush onto the steak before cooking.

The result....excellent smoke tasting steak. A winner! Recommended! Go buy some!
