I think she still sounds Australian (based on the fact hat she doesn't sound like the other kids around here). Certainly when she says American words (like she says 'trash' in this video) she says it in an American accent!
It's amazing how in the time it takes to recognise Lucy's similarity to her mum I suddenly see her dad in there as well! What a cutie to have picked up the good looks of both her parents! :)
