Earth Day

Yesterday we celebrated Earth Day with the moms group by going to the park. It was SOOOO windy but the kids enjoyed playing on the equipment and in Lucy's case, swinging. They had 'dirt' and 'worms' as a snack - chocolate mousse covered in crushed oreos with a gummy worm poking out the top. Then we made (re-usable) backpacks and decorated them with stickers. It was lots of fun but it was a shame about the wind!
