Not Americanized yet?

Recently I didn't drive for about 2 weeks, 1 week before Henry was born and 1 week afterwards. Once I got back in the car it felt really strange to be sitting in the drivers seat on the left hand side of the car. Don't worry I drove on the correct side of the road, I just felt that something wasn't quite right. As much as I rail against strange American things I really do like living here. But it isn't home and the strange feeling I was experiencing just goes to prove that I'm not Americanised yet!!
